Band Kicks-Off Three Month US Headlining Run Next Week Including SOLD-OUT Hometown Show at Ryman Auditorium!
Set to play at Old Rock House April 10
New York, NY – With the release of their latest full length album Medicine on January 27th, Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors are celebrating the best sales week of their decade long career. The nearly 10,000 albums sold first week out have also pushed the band to their highest chart positions to date. Medicine entered the Billboard charts strongly this week – with two Top 10 entries (Folk Albums, Indie Albums), a Top 50 entry into the Billboard 200, and multiple other debuts including: #11 Internet Albums, #12 Rock Albums, #23 Digital Albums, #30 Top Album Sales, and more. The album also peaked on iTunes at #9 on the overall Albums chart and #2 on Singer Songwriters albums.

Next week, Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors kick off the US leg of the Medicine World Tour, which will run through April and hit historic venues around the country, including Holcomb’s biggest ever hometown show at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on February 28th, which officially sold out last week. The band has also already sold out two nights at both Knoxville’s Bijou Theatre and Birmingham’s Library Theatre. In addition, Holcomb announced earlier this week that the band will be joining their friends NeedtoBreathe as support on their Tour de Compadres, which will also include Switchfoot, Ben Rector, and Colony House. The tour runs April through August and will hit massive venues like NYC’s Terminal 5, LA’s Greek Theatre, and everywhere in between.

Also announced this week was the return of Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors’ Moon River Music Festival, which will take place on August 15th, 2015 at the Levitt Shell in Memphis, TN. In its second year, the Moon River Music Festival will feature a headline set from Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors along with performances by NeedtoBreathe, Switchfoot, Judah & the Lion, Colony House, Myla Smith, Cereus Bright, and more. In its inaugural year of 2014, the Moon River Music Festival drew over 3,500 attendees.
