Willie Nelson staged an impromptu live set at the Roc Nation at Raptor

As mobile partner, Nokia
has joined forces with Roc Nation and Raptor House to curate a diverse
lineup of music programming to coincide with the festival, which kicked
off on Sunday, March 10th and will continue through Thursday, March
