NASHVILLE, TENN. (January 6, 2014) -- Platinum-selling Country duo Florida Georgia Linecan now add another remarkable accolade to their breakout superstar status - scoring the best-selling digital Country single in history. From the duo’s Platinum-selling debut album Here’s To The Good Times on Republic Nashville, "Cruise" has sold over 6.6 million downloads to date.

Rounding out 2013, “Cruise” spent 24 weeks atop the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart, making it the longest-running #1 since the chart's inception. FGL's Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard wrote their sizzling debut single with producer Joey Moi, Chase Rice and Jesse Rice.

Since signing with the Big Machine Label Group’s Republic Nashville imprint in July 2012, FGL has received numerous honors, including CMA Duo of the Year, ACM New Artist of the Year and the American Music Award for the all-genre Single of the Year. Additionally, the duo has garnered four consecutive multi-week #1 hits with "Cruise," "Get Your Shine On," "Round Here" and "Stay."
