Bob Weir & Ratdog cancel all tour dates, including upcoming Fox Theatre show

Grateful Dead co-founding member Bob Weir has cancelled all future tour dates including his upcoming show with the Chris Robisnson Brotherhood at the Fox Theatre in St Louis on August 29. The cancellation came about on Sunday, and include scheduled dates into 2015, including a date with Furthur.
No explanation has been given at this time, however, management released the following statement:
 "Circumstances have necessitated that all scheduled tour dates for Bob Weir & RatDog are being cancelled. This applies to all dates on the summer tour starting on Thursday, August 14 in Boston through September 14 in Nashville and also includes the Jamaica event in January of 2015. Refunds are available at place of purchase. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience."

Reigning ACM & CMA Vocal Duo of the Year Thompson Square has been forced to cancel this
weekendʼs shows due to illness. In a heartfelt message to fans, Keifer Thompson stated:
“It breaks my heart to tell our fans that we must cancel our upcoming concert
appearances this weekend. What many of you may not know is that I have
recently been battling a very serious vocal condition. I was urged by doctors to
cancel Thompson Square's appearances and go on complete vocal rest several
weeks ago; however, neither Shawna nor I wanted to disappoint our fans, which
we love and respect dearly. So we chose to continue performing our scheduledUnfortunately, at this time, I have been ordered by doctors to take the next step
and to cancel this weekend’s shows in an effort to heal internally.
Words cannot express how devastated we both are to bring this news to our
fans. Our fans are on our minds every moment of every day – you are the
reason we're here and the reason we get to live our dream of making music for
a living. We hope that you will understand what a difficult decision this has been
and know that we can't wait to get back out on the road and make it up to you as
soon as possible.”

Lamb of God show cancelled

LAMB OF GOD/ DETHKLOK TOUR CANCELED

 

Due to the continued incarceration of LAMB OF GOD singer Randy Blythe in the Czech Republic, the band’s co-headline tour with Dethklok scheduled to begin August 1^st in Seattle is being cancelled.  The band regrets the decision but the uncertainty of Randy’s release makes it impossible to carry on with the tour.  Upon Randy’s release, it is the band’s intention to rebook a tour in the fall and at this time the band fully intends to participate in the Mayhem Cruise in December. 

 

LAMB OF GOD wishes to thank Dethklok, Adult Swim and Gojira for their support and patience as well as all of the promoters who had dates on the tour.  Last but certainly not least, the band thanks all of the fans who bought tickets for the tour and who have been supportive of Randy and the band over the last month that Randy has been held in Prague.  Without the fans, there is no LAMB OF GOD.  

This includes the show set for the Family Arena Aug. 15.
