Rock and Roll Hall of Famers ZZ Top are celebrating their 50th year with a massive North American tour this summer. Kicking off the “ZZ Five-Oh Tour”/ZZFifty/ZZ50/ZZ TOP@50/ Año ZZincuenta Gira” August 16, the real Tres Hombres will play coast to coast and border to border. Cheap Trick will also join the tour on select dates as it snakes through the country into late October. ZZ Top still maintains the most consistently stable lineup in the history of rock music: Billy F Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard. In 1969, BFG formed ZZ Top with drummer Beard and bass-guitarist Hill, both from the Dallas. Fifteen studio albums, 30 million record sales and 5 decades later, “That Little Ol’ Band From Texas” is still going strong, playing timeless hits like “La Grange,” “Legs,” “Sharp Dressed Man” and “Tush” to audiences the world over. Billy Gibbons looked back at the history of the band, while also looking forward to the 50th Anniversary tour dates. “It’s been five decades, and I think we’re starting to get pretty good at all this! The beards, Frank excepted, are perhaps a bit longer, yet nothing else has changed. We're keeping it that way.”

BRANTLEY GILBERT ANNOUNCES 2019 NOT LIKE US TOUR

Nashville, TN (April 15, 2019): When Brantley Gilbert gets his tour on, he goes out of his way to make sure it’s unlike anything he’s ever done. Having spent last fall on the road with Kid Rock, he wanted to take his own southern rock country to some new places on his 2019 Not Like Us Tour – bringing some different flavors to the ever faithful BG Nation, which kicks off June 20 at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Joining the CMA Song of the Year nominee on the Not Like Us Tour will be traditional-leaning, country-pop superstar-in-the-making Michael Ray, known for “Get To You,” “One That Got Away,” “Kiss You In The Morning” and “Think A Little Less,” and the fiery, genre-blurring guitarist/vocalist Lindsay Ell, who joins Gilbert on his first male/female duet “What Happens In A Small Town,” as well as her own “Criminal” and “Shut Me Up.”

“I’m trying to open things up, but keep bringing the intensity,” Gilbert says of what might well be his most diverse line-up yet. “I think Michael really gets how guys feel, and rolls into a sound that’s all his own, and Lindsay, man, the only thing better than the way she sings is the way she plays that guitar! I am really fired up to be bringing both these folks out on the road this fall, because I know they’re gonna give the BG Nation something that’s gonna lift’em up, throw’em down, and make them glad they got there early.”

Having spent the last six months writing and working on his upcoming The Valory Music. Co. project, the full-throttle songwriter/outlier rocker is ready to get back on the road. With a tour concentrating on the East Coast and Midwest, it’s a chance to bring classics like “Bottoms Up,” “Miles of Memories,” “The Weekend,” “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” “Country Must Be Country Wide” and “One Hell of An Amen,” as well as road-testing some new music, to the ones who live his songs every day.

“People work hard for their money, and I take it very seriously when we come to town,” says the South Georgia-born and bred star. “Any time we hit that stage, we intend to give the people everything we’ve got. This new music is a whole new chapter of my life, and as much as the fans have been there for every step of this journey, I think – once again – they’re gonna know just what I’m singing, too.”

The tour of the same name is set to get off to a fast start with a few more dates to be announced. BRANTLEY GILBERT
One of only five Country artists to have back-to-back PLATINUM albums this century, Brantley Gilbert established a raw, hardcore fusion of rock/country/hip hop and gospel that consolidated the outsiders, outliers and full-tilt life livers in a collective known as the BG Nation. The Georgia-born-and-bred songwriter/rocker has six No. 1s as an artistand songwriter  -- “Country Must Be Country Wide,” “Bottoms Up,” “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” “One Hell of an Amen,” “My Kinda Party” and the CMA Song of the Year nominee “Dirt Road Anthem” – and the 2014 American Music Award for Favorite Country Album for JUST AS I AM to his credit. Hailed by Entertainment Weekly for “swaggering guitars, catchy hooks, and a DGAF attitude,” NPR for “performances (that) are instantly recognizable, often confrontational and pack a punch” and American Songwriter who proclaims, “Gilbert never fails to deliver,” the South Georgia superstar is his own very specific kind of country.

MICHAEL RAY
With three No. 1 singles – “Kiss You In The Morning,” “Think A Little Less,” and “The One that Got Away” from his unstoppable No. 3 Top Country Album debut Amos, Michael Ray represents the best of the next wave of country. Touring with Darius Rucker, Kip Moore and Old Dominion, the Florida-forged Ray understands music fuses people together through songs. A dedicated fan of the Opry, his fresh take on mainstream country earned him a 2019 Academy of Country Music nomination for Best New Male Artist.
KSHE-95 Presents
BRET MICHAELS

With Warrant and Firehouse
At The Family Arena – Saturday, October 12

WHAT:         Bret Michaels is a multiplatinum global superstar who has turned his passion for music into a multi-faceted brand that encompasses record breaking touring sales, Reality TV stardom, legendary songs that have sold over 32 million records, product endorsements as well as being a devoted philanthropist, all supported and followed by three generations of loyal fans.

Rising to fame as the front man of Poison, one of rock’s most iconic and enduring bands, he helped define the rock-n-roll scene on the Sunset Strip. Their massive success includes selling over 30 million records worldwide and numerous hit singles. Equally as successful, Bret’s solo career has charted its own course with multiple solo albums. His last album, Custom Built, topped the charts, reaching #1 on Billboard's Hard Rock list.

At its core, WARRANT is an American rock band through and through. Hitting it big in 1989, the Hollywood, CA based band rose through the ranks of the local Sunset Strip scene to the level of multiplatinum selling, chart-topping success. The band first came into the national spotlight with their debut album Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich. This album produced Radio and MTV chart toppers “Down Boys,” “Sometimes She Cries,” and the massive hit “Heaven” which reached #1 in Rolling Stone and #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks in a row. The single “Heaven” enjoyed Gold sales and the Album went Platinum in Canada as well, eventually selling over 3 million copies. In September 2008, Robert Mason replaced Jani Lane (RIP) as lead vocalist joining the other four original members, Jerry Dixon, Steven Sweet, Joey Allen and Erik Turner.

FireHouse has been rockin' for over 25 years. In 1990, their first album, entitled FIREHOUSE, was released. The band released "Don’t Treat Me Bad", which became their first top ten hit. This was followed by "Love of a Lifetime", which also entered the Top Ten, reaching the #3 spot on the United States charts. This string of hits vaulted their first album to double platinum status in the United States. The band’s second album, HOLD YOUR FIRE, was released in 1992. It produced the hits "Reach For The Sky" and "Sleeping With You". Another top ten hit, "When I Look Into Your Eyes", peaked on the United States charts at #6. This album earned the band platinum sales in the USA and over a million more worldwide.

Ten Foot Pole To Release First New Album of All New Material In 15 Years; 'Escalating Quickly' LP Out May 10, Followed by North American Tour

Album Features Guest Performances by Dan Palmer (Death by Stereo, Zebrahead), Dan Jacobs (Atreyu), “Lil Joe” Raposo (Lagwagon, RKL), Sean Sellers (Good Riddance), and iconic producer Ryan Greene (NOFX, Lagwagon, No Use for a Name)

Ten Foot Pole pushes past 90’s melodic punk genre limitations with 'Escalating Quickly', their first all new song album since 2004. The album is set for release on May 10 with a North American Tour to follow, which runs May 24-July 28 and includes a stop at Punk Rock Bowling on May 27.
On 'Escalating Quickly', producer Ryan Greene, anxious to showcase his skills beyond the iconic 90’s albums he produced (NOFX, Lagwagon, and No Use for a Name, etc.), was going for “The Bohemian Rhapsody of 90’s punk,” adding layers of ear candy and outlandish special guest shredding to the solid new TFP songs. Ryan added “If I never do a record after this I would want people to remember me by this record.”
Guest contributions include guitar shred by Dan Palmer (Death by Stereo, Zebrahead, Billy Bio) and Dan Jacobs (Atreyu), bass riffs galore by “Lil
Joe” Raposo (Lagwagon, RKL) and drumming by Sean Sellers (Good Riddance). These all-stars were encouraged to have fun and move past the
usual confines of their famous gigs, leading to giggles and bombastic performances. The end result is worthy, according to Dan Palmer: "I've
been a fan for quite some time and I honestly think this is the most musically exciting record that they've done!”
The walls of vocal harmonies, whisper to a scream dueling guitar riffs, frenetic bass runs, and even 80’s keyboard and effects references
compliment some of the best Ten Foot Pole songs ever. Founding member Dennis Jagard, singer/songwriter/guitarist, explains the songwriting
process included trial by embarrassment; he carried an acoustic guitar while doing sound for Jimmy Eat World and “Weird Al” Yankovic tours,
performing whenever possible, rocking sidewalks, parking lots, parks, and small venues worldwide. “Singing in public helped me to quickly filter
out any unworthy new songs. Belting it out in a W Hotel lobby in Seattle, for example, I only wanted to play the best material, the music and lyrics I
was not ashamed to sing to random strangers.”
Ten Foot Pole’s history includes being hardcore band Scared Straight in California in the 1980’s, fronted by a pro baseball pitcher up to 1995, being
a well-traveled underground Epitaph style band in the 90’s, and slowing down so that Dennis could do sound for Prince and other artists in the
2000’s. In 2016 the album Setlist summarized the band’s 90’s melodic punk identity, just in time for 'Escalating Quickly' to move beyond those
genre limitations.
'Escalating Quickly' will be released on digital/CD and vinyl and distributed by Thousand Islands Records in North America, but was a DIY recording experiment; Ten Foot Pole seeks Patrons willing to subscribe at $1 per month or more, to help fund future recording, and in return offers supporters newsletters and early access to music, podcasts, videos and more.
