NEW SINGLE

“I AM INVINCIBLE”

NASHVILLE, TN  — Country female vocalist Cassadee Pope makes it all look so easy: She has a vocal range that stands out among her peers.  A debut single, “Wasting All These Tears,” that sold over a million copies  – a  feat that ranked her as one of the select few solo female artists to garner platinum certification with a first release. A chart-topping album debut with FRAME BY FRAME. Opening slots on tours with superstars Tim McGraw and Rascal Flatts. And not to mention she won the biggest show on television, The Voice.

But Cassadee’s success has not come without hardships and is the result of patience, belief in her dream and a loyal fan army.

The Florida native proves her resilience with a bold new single entitled “I Am Invincible.” The power anthem – written by Brett Boyett and Nash Overstreet and produced by Julian Raymond – declares, "I'm unbreakable, I'm unstoppable, I'm a hero, like a phoenix from the ash.”

Cassadee said the first time she heard the song it hit her right in the heart. “I was thinking of all the things I have gone through over the last few years that could have very well influenced me to step away from making music. At the same time, I was reminded of how proud I should be of myself for sticking to my true passion. I have my fans to thank for that with their encouragement, support and really cheering me on at a time of uncertainty. Thinking about all of those emotions really takes this song to another level when I’m performing it and I hope ‘I Am Invincible’ gives others their confidence too."

“I Am Invincible” will be available on iTunes and across all digital retailers on July 24, the same day the single is shipped to Country radio stations. The official radio impact date is September 8.

After seeing Cassadee preview the song at a recent LIVE show, Rolling Stone Country said “she sings on the soaring hook, her voice buttressed by heavy power chords.”

Cassadee is now offering up a chance for fans to participate in the song’s official lyric video. Fans can register now via http://smarturl.it/iaminvincible to receive more details soon on how to submit their favorite lines from the “I Am Invincible.”

ABOUT CASSADEE POPE: With soaring vocals, opening slots on major tours, impressive sales and being selected for CMT’s Next Women of Country, Cassadee Pope continues to add to her growing list of accolades. Mentor Blake Shelton presented the season three winner of The Voice with another fan-voted honor – 2014 CMT Music Awards’ Breakthrough Video of the Year. Cassadee solidified her standing as part of a distinct group of solo female Country artists to score PLATINUM-certification of a debut single, selling over 1 million downloads sold of “Wasting All These Tears.” Her chart–topping Republic Nashville album FRAME BY FRAME also features “I Wish I Could Break Your Heart.”  Cassadee has toured with Country Superstars Tim McGraw and Rascal Flatts and hit the road in Canada with Dean Brody. Nashville, TN (February 26, 2014) – Armed with “Wasting All These Tears,” the Top 10 Country debut single that has sold nearly 1 million copies, talented newcomer Cassadee Pope has released a brand new music video! The petite powerhouse’s latest offering, “I Wish I Could Break Your Heart,” has already garnered buzz with over 310,000 fans viewing online. Watch now via http://vevo.ly/fy6HUI.

Director Wes Edwards utilized the blank canvas of a sound stage in Nashville to capture a balance of femininity and empowerment. Soft scenes draped in ivory lace and pearls are intercut with dark visuals depicting broken hearts, mimicking the whirlwind of emotions that come with a failed relationship. Cassadee’s band is also featured in a rockin’ performance as she belts out the driving chorus.

The single is from Cassadee’s album FRAME BY FRAME, which debuted in the upper echelon on the Billboard charts – #1 Top Country Albums and Top 10 all-genre Top Albums. The achievement marked Cassadee as one of only two solo women in the past five years to top the Country chart with a debut release. The singer/songwriter stole the national spotlight when she won The Voice (season 3) as part of Team Blake (Shelton) and dominated the #1 spot on iTunes All-Genre chart with three of her performances.

Cover Art Courtesy of Republic Nashville

Nashville, TN (October 17, 2013) – Cassadee Pope’s FRAME BY FRAME debuts in the upper echelon on the Billboard sales charts – #1 Top Country Albums and #9 all-genre Top Albums – with sales of over 43,000. The petite powerhouse is the only female artist currently in the Top 10 on the chart with her debut project. Both the full Republic Nashville album and Cassdee’s debut single, “Wasting All These Tears,” have previously ascended into the #1 spot on the iTunes Country charts.

Produced by esteemed musician Dann Huff, along with contributions from Nathan Chapman, Max Martin and Shellback, critics have praised the 11-song project:

CMA Close-Up calls Cassadee, "…an artist with that rarest of assets: outstanding chops tempered by interpretive sensitivity."

" … A mix of poppy anthems and insightful heartbreakers, all of them rich in lyrical imagery," exalts Country Weekly.

Giving the project 3.5 out of 4 stars, USA TODAY insists that “11” is “…unforgettably poignant.”

"…searingly emotional country tunes…," according to Billboard.

“A powerful vocalist blending the force of Kelly Clarkson with the attitude of Miranda Lambert and the melodic ease of Carrie Underwood, Cassadee’s sound is uniquely country, pop and rock,” states Great American Country.

Yahoo! insists, “…she could even end up being the female country best-seller that the industry has been looking for … it's undeniable that ‘Frame By Frame’ does both the genre as well as the artist behind the work enough justice to warrant many future releases."

In celebration of the release, Cassadee performed the lead single, which is nearing 500,000 downloads sold to date, on TODAY (NBC) and Big Morning Buzz Live with Carrie Keagan (VH-1). The talented vocalist also sat in with legendary band The Roots on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon (NBC) to preview more of the new music. High-profile outlets Rolling Stone, The Hollywood Reporter and American Songwriter introduced select tracks leading up to last week’s release.

This month she will wrap up a coveted opening slot on Rascal Flatts’ LIVE & LOUD Tour, where the superstar trio additionally invited Cassadee to perform during their set each night.

Until 10/20, fans can vote for Cassadee multiple times a day as she vies for VEVO’s elite LIFT program.
