(New York, NY): Electrifying alternative R&B trio Moonchild announce a headlining U.S. Fall tour. Playing their biggest venues to date, the tour will take them across the country hitting stages in major cities, from Brooklyn Bowl in New York City to the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles. After a year of performing at festivals worldwide and on tours with modern jazz heavyweight Kamasi Washington and alt-R&B luminaries The Internet, the L.A.-based band are set to kick off their 30+ date run of shows on September 24th at the Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix, AZ. As Moonchild, they write, produce, record, and mix all of the music between the three of them—Navran on vocals, saxophone, flute, and synth bass, Mattson on keys, synth bass, flugelhorn and trumpet, and Bryk on keys, sax, and clarinet.
