DU QUOIN STATE FAIR ANNOUNCES ALL-AMERICAN REJECTS TO PERFORM

The All-American Rejects, a pop-rock band that launched into popularity in the early 2000s, will perform at the fair on Saturday, Aug. 24.

The band's debut album, "All-American Rejects," which includes the single "Swing, Swing," went platinum after it was released in 2002. Their second album, "Move Along," went double platinum and had three top-15 singles, according to a news release from State Fair organizers.

The fair also reported they have one more musical act yet to book and announce for this year's event.
