Nashville, TN – THE CADILLAC THREE have taken over in the latest installment of CMT LISTEN UP.
Recently filmed in the trio’s native Nashville, the live taping
highlights the buzz Jaren Johnston (Guitar & Lead Vocals), Kelby Ray
(Bass Steel Guitar, Dobro, Acoustic & Vocals) and Neil Mason
(Drums, Percussion & Vocals) are creating across the country. Dubbed
Best New Band at the UK’s 2014 Classic Rock Awards and labeled as one of the 10 New Artists You Need to Know: Summer 2014 by ROLLING STONE,
TC3’s self-described “country fuzz” sound is showcased throughout these
exclusive videos. Starting tomorrow, February 21, fans will be able to
watch the achingly raw “White Lightning” on CMT and CMT Pure. All songs
and a behind-the-scenes interview from the event are online now.
In their post-show interview, CMT’s Samantha Stephens noted, “This may be one of the most energetic, best Listen Ups we’ve ever experienced.” Playing to a packed house, the band’s rollicking set included one-of-a-kind favorites “White Lightning” and “The South” as well as new tunes “Thank God for the Radio” and “Leave It at the Bar”.
On the heels of two GRAMMY nominations for Jaren’s writing and producing efforts, The Cadillac Three will vie for ACM Awards Vocal Event of the Year with “The South” featuring Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley and Mike Eli (Eli Young Band).
Currently on their headlining AVIATORS AND RADIATORS TOUR, TC3 has brought their raucous energy down the East Coast with stops in Virginia Beach, Winston-Salem, Washington D.C. and Buffalo, NY. They will once again join Eric Church on the road this spring for THE OUTSIDERS TOUR.
