CHASE RICE TOPS COUNTRY AIRPLAY CHARTS FOR A SECOND WEEK WITH “EYES ON YOU”

“From the moment we wrote ‘Eyes On You’ we felt how special it was, and then that was confirmed when we saw how strongly the fans reacted to it right away,” reflects Rice. “My career has certainly had its ups and downs, but we knew we were putting the work in to set ourselves up for something even bigger. To have it all pay off in this way makes me so grateful that I get to make music I’m proud of every day and makes me hungry to keep pushing for more. Thank you to every single person from the fans at our shows to the people playing our music on the radio for making this crazy dream of mine come true.”
Written by Rice alongside frequent collaborators Ashley Gorley and Chris DeStefano, the singalong chorus of “Eyes On You” tells the story of a man so enamored by a woman that the world’s most beautiful settings pale in comparison.
In addition to instantly becoming a fan-favorite at live shows and a viral sensation – streamed more than 50 million times and hitting Spotify’s U.S. Viral 50 Chart before it was even announced as a single, then landing on Rolling Stone’s “10 Best Country and Americana Songs of the Week” upon its release – “Eyes On You” has now been streamed more than 130 million times and has also earned critical praise as evidence that Rice’s unique journey and hard work thus far is paying off.
After a scorching start to his career as a songwriter on Florida Georgia Line’s Diamond-certified No. 1 crossover hit “Cruise” in 2012, Rice quickly climbed the charts on his own with both debut single “Ready Set Roll” and follow-up “Gonna Wanna Tonight” hitting the Top 5 and earning Platinum certifications.
“When you start out that hot, you sometimes miss opportunities to have deeper relationships with people. And that’s what we’ve fixed,” Rice recently shared with Taste of Country.
In the period defined by a lack of radio airplay which followed that initial wave of success, Rice focused on rebuilding from the ground up. As the Tennessean described, “he switched record labels, fought his way back to country radio relevance and [nabbed] his first No. 1 hit with ‘Eyes On You.’”
He also focused on engaging with his passionate fans at live shows, continuously growing his audience and selling out shows across the country before returning to the airwaves with new music. The resulting two-week No. 1 has shown that his strategy paid off, with Sounds Like Nashville describing “Eyes On You” as “a testament to his growth in the genre [which] shows promise of all that he has left to do.”
“‘Eyes On You,’” Billboard proclaims, “has proven his instincts were right.”

RICE TAKES FANS ON CANDID "DAY IN THE LIFE" JOURNEY WITH NEW MUSIC
VIDEO FOR “EVERYBODY WE KNOW DOES,” PREMIERING WORLDWIDE VIA VEVO TODAY
Fans get sneak peek before music video’s world premiere as Rice launches into third week of his Everybody We Know Does Tour
Fans get sneak peek before music video’s world premiere as Rice launches into third week of his Everybody We Know Does Tour
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 23, 2016) – With his new music video for “Everybody We Know Does,” Chase Rice isn’t just giving fans a glimpse into his world away from the lights and the noise and the stage – he’s busting the doors wide open and inviting everyone in to be a part of it. Rice, who shared the video directly with fans 24 hours ahead of its worldwide premiere via Vevo today, September 23, says his current single is “one-hundred-percent me” and embodies the lifestyle and values he holds most dear. He solicited his own friends and family for the candid music video shoot at his property on the outskirts of Music City, tapping his longtime tour videographer Cody Cannon to capture the authentic spirit of “Everybody We Know Does” on camera.
“This music video is as real as it gets,” said Rice. “’Everybody We Know Does’ is my life in a song -- it’s not just about what we do; it’s about what makes us who we are and what brings us together and we wanted to capture that in the purest way possible with this video. It’s literally my friends and me hanging out at the farm, gathering around a fire, singing our favorite songs and trying to make the most out of life. Whether we’re on the road, performing for thousands of people or just kicking back at home, this is who we are.”
Rice is currently on his fifth headlining tour, the Everybody We Know Does Tour, with special guests Ryan Hurd and Lacy Cavalier. Known for live shows that are “energetic and country rogue” (Providence Journal), Rice has built a widespread and fiercely loyal fan base through years of relentless touring and will have logged more than 175 days on the road in 2016 alone by the time his fall tour winds down. His new single is already making a “powerful live impact” (Sounds Like Nashville) at shows and a new studio album is expected out early next year.

CHASE RICE TAKES NEW MUSIC TO THE FANS WITH HIS EVERYBODY WE KNOW DOES TOUR LAUNCHING THIS FALL
Rice preps his fifth headlining tour as new single, “Everybody We Know Does,” hits country radio airwaves on July 18
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Monday, July 11, 2016) – An artist who not only “knows his audience” (USA Today) but also lives, breathes and works right alongside them, Chase Rice is taking the rallying message of his new single “Everybody We Know Does”
to heart and hitting the road this fall to play new music for fans
right in their home towns. Rice, who has headlined four tours and opened
for country superstars Kenny Chesney and Dierks Bentley, decided to
route his upcoming Everybody We Know Does Tour
directly to those who have grown with him and supported him since he
was playing dive bars and fields, selecting a number of unconventional
tour markets that are home to some of his most rabid fans so he can
bring the music to them. The Everybody We Know Does Tour will launch in September, with the first round of dates announced today and more to follow in the coming weeks.
Written
by Jeremy Bussey and Travis Denning and set to impact country radio on
Monday, July 18, Rice’s new single has already piqued the ears of fans
and critics alike, with Taste of Country calling it “a
country-rock anthem that grabs you with guitars and keeps you with a
unifying message” that has “the potential to be a career song for Chase
Rice.”
Fans
rallied around “Everybody We Know Does” en force on social media after
the song’s June 24 release, with @dabest_11 sharing, “@ChaseRiceMusic
This is the most excited I’ve been in a while for a single & forth
coming [sic] album. Sounds like the original Chase Rice. #EWKD” and
@jennyyernstt declaring, “#EverybodyWeKnowDoes is the new small town
country anthem @ChaseRiceMusic #ewkd #onrepeat.”
“When
I first heard ‘Everybody We Know Does,’ I was immediately reminded of
all the songs I listened to growing up, the songs my dad and I would
listen to out on our farm and it just put me right back at home in those
moments,” said Rice. “It’s a message that I needed to hear, and from
the feedback we’ve been getting already, I think fans feel the same way.
So that’s what this tour is about – finding those fans, whether they’ve
been with me for a while or might be seeing my show for the first time,
and experiencing music together in some of those places that mean the
most to us.”
Rice will launch the Everybody We Know Does Tour in New Haven, Connecticut on September 8, with the first round of dates to be announced as follows:

Having received early support from SiriusXM’s “The Highway,” John Marks has long championed the star, saying: “Chase Rice is country music’s ‘Renaissance Man.’ His new single ‘Ready Set Roll’ [. . .] readily demonstrates his growth as an artist literally on the threshold of stardom.”
Rice has been touring behind his 2013 Ready Set Roll EP release and the music has received a huge response from fans and tastemakers alike, with The Plain Dealer noting, "Rice is taking rollicking party-rock and late-model pop-country and blending it up for the Generation Y-Z set."
The artist has already achieved some incredible milestones in the months building up to the album release as well: He released his third EP, Ready Set Roll, in November 2013 (topping the iTunes Country charts and selling more than 41,000 units in the first week without a record label or mainstream radio); launched his first mainstream radio single (“Ready Set Roll”); made his Grand Ole Opry debut; inked a strategic partnership deal with Columbia Nashville and even launched his own apparel line, Head Down Eyes Up.
Rice continues to sell out headlining dates across the country and is touring with Dierks Bentley on the Riser Tour. For more information and the latest updates, visit www.chaserice.com or connect directly with Rice on Twitter and Facebook @ChaseRiceMusic.

For more information and the latest updates, visit www.chaserice.com or connect directly with Rice on Twitter and Facebook @ChaseRiceMusic.

grown, good-timin’ tunesmith Chase Rice is every bit the part that his
backwards ballcap, party boy persona portrays him to be on stage. Beneath the
full-throttle personality and adrenaline infused stage presence though, you’ll
find the passion it took to become a college football line-backer, the drive it
required to be a NASCAR crew member and the blue-collar values resulting from a
close-knit family. When his isn’t on tour opening for acts like Willie Nelson,
Brantley Gilbert, Jake Owen or Kip Moore, Chase is penning tomorrow’s biggest
hits with a Nashville songwriting circle known for their signature sound of
party songs from a tailgate perspective. “Cruise,” a song that Chase co-wrote
with Florida Georgia Line has sold well over one million copies and topped the
country radio charts at #1 in record-breaking time.
