Founded by Trent Reznor in 1988, Nine Inch Nails will release a new, full-length album, Hesitation Marks in September. Recorded in secret over the last year, Reznor teamed with producers Atticus Ross and Alan Moulder to create the first new music from the group in five years.

The album’s lead single, “Came Back Haunted” is available today on iTunes. In addition, fans who pre-order Hesitation Marks on iTunes will instantly receive a download of “Came Back Haunted.” The album can also be pre-ordered at www.nin.com, where the single is streaming now.

According to Reznor, Nine Inch Nails: Tension 2013 “picks up where (our last tour) Lights in the Sky left off. This is the full-on NIN live experience realized as we never could before.”

As the only official member of nine inch nails, Reznor has been described as “the most vital artist in music” by “Spin” magazine. Over the span of band’s career, Nine Inch Nails has been nominated for 12 Grammy Awards, winning twice for the songs “Wish” and “Happiness in Slavery” in 1992 and 1996, respectively.

Texas-based rock band Explosions in the Sky was formed in 1999 and is known for their elaborate guitar work. Their music has been heavily featured on both the “Friday Night Lights” movie and television series. The group recently completed the score to “Prince Avalanche,” which stars Paul Rudd and is set to come out in August.
