NASHVILLE, TN (January 30, 2012): The Boot Campaign welcomes Brantley Gilbert to its grassroots efforts of showing gratitude for soldiers, raising awareness of their needs and supporting their transition home after combat. At the young age of 27, Brantley Gilbert already has a list of impressive industry accolades. The rising star made his debut at #2 on the Billboard Country Albums chart upon releasing HALFWAY TO HEAVEN DELUXE in September and along with the original has already sold over 400,000 albums to date. His first single on The Valory Music Co., “Country Must Be Country Wide,” recently scored the #1 spot at Country radio. His current single “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” is Top 30 and rising. The Boot Campaign is a 501c3 non-profit, grassroots military appreciation and veteran awareness campaign started by five women from Texas, known as the Boot Girls. The Boot Girls launched the Boot Campaign in 2009 to spread awareness of the needs of military personnel returning home from combat and express gratitude to current military.
