NASHVILLE, TN (August 5, 2015) – American Idol Season 14 winner and Big Machine Records recording artist Nick Fradiani knocks it out of the park again with his debut single “Beautiful Life,” which officially broke into the Top 30 on the Hot Adult Contemporary chart this week. The exciting news comes on the heels of the release of his anticipated music video for the track, directed by the highly acclaimed Shane Drake (Paramore, Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson) and shot in Nashville, TN.

The heartthrob spent time in New York City this week, surprising fans with a performance of the National Anthem at the Yankees vs. Red Sox game last night (8/4).

“As a Connecticut native, I grew up watching the Yankees,” said Nick. “Yankee Stadium is an iconic place and I still can’t believe I had the opportunity to sing the National Anthem there before one of sports greatest rivalries.”

“The concept of this video felt so organic and very true to what I have experienced over the last few years,” said Nick. “It was hard to leave my friends and family when I departed Connecticut to LA for Idol, but it was all worth it in the end. Sometimes you just have to take risks and put everything on the line, which is exactly what I did when I signed up for the show.”

Winning one of television’s most popular singing competitions by no means jaded the singer/songwriter who has been playing in bands for years. “I don’t take a single moment of this life for granted,” said Nick. “'Beautiful Life' embodies that spirit and its cool to see that spirit captured on camera for the music video.” 

Nick has been working non-stop since American Idol ended in May, visiting radio stations across the country and writing new songs with some of Pop music’s top songwriters. “Beautiful Life” was chosen as the theme song for the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup and appeared in all of the FOX promotional spots.
