eCHRIS STAPLETON NOMINATED FOR THREE CMA AWARDS INCLUDING ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR
“ALL-AMERICAN ROAD SHOW” TOUR DATES CONFIRMED
Chris Stapleton is nominated in three categories at the 2019 CMA Awards: Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year and Single of the Year (“Millionaire”). The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on ABC from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, November 13 at 8:00pmET/7:00pm CT.
The nominations continue yet another monumental year for Stapleton, who is currently in the midst of his extensive “All-American Road Show” tour. Upcoming stops include Memphis’ FedEx Forum, Charleston’s North Charleston Coliseum, Greensboro’s Greensboro Coliseum, Madison’s Alliant Energy Center, Kansas City’s Sprint Centerand Louisville’s KFC Yum! “Millionaire” is from Stapleton’s most recent critically acclaimed album, From A Room: Volume 2. Released in December 2017 on Mercury Records Nashville, the album takes its name from Nashville’s historic RCA Studio A (the capital “A” in “From A Room”) where it was recorded with Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb. Along with Stapleton on vocals and guitar and Cobb on acoustic guitar, the album features Morgane Stapleton on harmony vocals as well as longtime band-members J.T. Cure on bass and Derek Mixon on drums.
