After Steve Forbert's first two records came a plethora of
well-crafted, unforgettable songs on such albums as Little Stevie Orbit,
Streets of This Town, The American in Me, Mission of the Crossroad Palms and
Evergreen Boy. His tribute to Jimmie Rodgers, Any Old Time, was nominated for a
Grammy Award in 2004. Forbert’s lengthy discography has established him as an
American icon. His music was pure Americana before that genre was recognized.
The road and the changing landscape are an integral part of the hard-working
Forbert’s life and songwriting.

Moonlight
Drive has established themselves as one of the top performing tribute bands
currently touring the Midwest. When Robert Shannon
commands the microphone, it is as if he has evoked the spirit of Jim Morrison,
delivering to audiences the same raw energy, and emotionally seductive
performance they would expect from one of rock’s most inspired, unrestrained,
and tragic icons. Whatever your age or expectation, and whatever your knowledge
of The Doors and their music, an audience listening or grooving to Moonlight
Drive is always an audience affected.

school respect but pulsing with the force of the new millennium. Orgone has
