HALEY & MICHAELS CREATE POWER ANTHEM WITH NEW SINGLE “ALL OUT”

First Single Released on Hickory Records/RED Music, a Sony/ATV Label Imprint

Available on Spotify and Other Streaming Services TODAY

New Music Friday and Wild Country Spotify Playlists

NASHVILLE, Tenn.— Singer/songwriter duo Haley & Michaels (Shannon Haley and Ryan Michaels) are catapulting into 2018 with their new single, “All Out,” available now on Spotify and other streaming services. The single has already landed on Spotify's New Music Friday and Wild Country playlists.

Co-written by Haley, Michaels and Matt McVaney, the single evokes Keith Urban's brand of adventurous pop-country, with Haley & Michaels delivering their fresh vocals in a rapid-fire rhythm and an added edge of rock guitars holding it all together. The song was co-produced by McVaney with Zach Abend and mixed by Chris Lord-Alge.

"This song is about that moment when you commit to going for something whole-heartedly regardless of the outcome," says Shannon Haley of the song's message. "It’s largely inspired by our journey in the music industry as well as our personal relationship,” adds Michaels.

“All Out” is the second release from Haley & Michaels in two months, following their song “Me Too,” a personal response to the #MeToo movement that has been sweeping the nation. “Me Too” has Parade raving that “Haley & Michaels’ song offers both hope and understanding to anyone who’s been here.” One-hundred percent of the duo's proceeds from “Me Too” are being donated to the founder of the #MeToo movement, Tarana Burke, and her foundation to help victims of sexual harassment and assault.

Haley & Michaels recently signed with Hickory Records/RED Music and Sony/ATV Publishing and are in the studio working on their debut full-length album due out later this year. The duo has previously shared the stage with the likes of Sam Hunt, Brett Eldredge, Chris Young and Old Dominion and have had performed twice on NBC’s Today, earning a fan in Hoda Kotb.

About Haley & Michaels
Haley & Michaels grew up in Northern California just three miles apart, but didn't meet until their guitarist introduced them in Nashville several years ago. They had immediate chemistry and have been writing and recording together ever since; they were married in May 2015. The duo has been featured on numerous Spotify playlists, and has also experienced great success on SiriusXM's "The Highway,” selling more than 200,000 units independently. Haley & Michaels recently signed with Hickory Records/RED Music and Sony/ATV Publishing and are in the studio working on their first full-length studio album due out later this year. Brandi Carlile’s new song “Sugartooth” is premiering today (watch a live performance of the song filmed at RCA Studio A HERE / listen to audio only HERE).
“Sugartooth” is the third track unveiled from Carlile’s highly anticipated new album By The Way, I Forgive You, which will be released February 16 and is now available for pre-order. Produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb and acclaimed musician Shooter Jennings, the album is Carlile’s first release in partnership with Cobb’s Low Country Sound imprint at Elektra Records.
Already receiving widespread attention, Carlile recently performed the album’s first single, “The Joke,” on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” (watch the performance HERE). The song was also featured on former President Barack Obama’s Favorite Songs of 2017 list and continues to garner overwhelming critical praise…
“…quickly chiseled itself a spot at the top of the best vocal performances of the year, and provided one of the most poignant lyrical moments too.”—Rolling Stone
“…a stunning vocal performance from Carlile, swathed in warm piano, big drums and a perfect string arrangement.” —NPR Music
“…a raw, stunning demonstration of Carlile’s vocal prowess and offers an inspirational message of empowerment and resilience.” —American Songwriter
“…showcases some of Carlile’s finest lyricism and singing yet.”—Entertainment Weekly
In celebration of the album, the band will embark on an extensive nationwide tour this year including shows at Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom (sold out), Seattle’s Moore Theatre (two nights, both sold out), New York’s Beacon Theatre (three nights), Boston’s Orpheum Theatre (two nights, first night sold out), Chicago’s Chicago Theatre and Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre. All concert tickets are now on sale. See below for details.
Recorded at Nashville’s historic RCA Studio A, By The Way, I Forgive You includes ten new songs written by Carlile and longtime collaborators and bandmates Tim and Phil Hanseroth. Of their close relationship, Brandi comments, “The Twins and I have been in a band for so long now. And not just a band, we are literally a family. When you create art with twins, it becomes unclear when I end and where they begin.” In addition to Carlile (vocals, guitar, piano), Tim Hanseroth (vocals, bass), Phil Hanseroth (vocals, guitar), Cobb (guitar, percussion) and Jennings (piano, organ), the album features Chris Powell (drums), Josh Neumann (cello), John Mark Painter (French horn) as well as string arrangements and conducting by the late Paul Buckmaster (Elton John, The Rolling Stones).
Over the course of their acclaimed career, the band has released six albums, including 2015’s The Firewatcher’s Daughter, which garnered a Grammy nomination for “Best Americana Album.” Additionally, earlier this year, they released Cover Stories: Brandi Carlile Celebrates 10 Years of the Story (An Album to Benefit War Child), which features 14 artists covering the songs on their breakthrough album The Story with all proceeds benefiting War Child. Artists included on the acclaimed project, which Rolling Stone calls, “tender and powerful,” include Dolly Parton, Adele, Pearl Jam, Kris Kristofferson, The Avett Brothers, Margo Price and Jim James as well as a forward written by President Obama. More details can be found here.
In addition to their work as a band, Carlile and the Hanseroth twins remain committed to social activism and advocacy. Together, they are founders of the Looking Out Foundation, which aims to amplify the impact of music by empowering those without a voice. From neighborhood to nation, the foundation helps fund causes and organizations that often go unnoticed. $1 from every concert ticket sold goes directly toward efforts to support the diverse demographic they aim to serve. Breakout country artist and People Magazine’s “One to Watch,” Nashville-based Russell Dickerson continues to overtake airwaves and arenas with his Top 5 Gold-certified single “Yours,” repeatedly called the “biggest love song of the year,” off his debut album by the same name. The “hypnotic” (CMT) crooner kicks off what promises to be his landmark year as Billboard’s No.1 Emerging Artist, a Spotify RISE artist and CMT’s 18 for 2018. With a deep appreciation for and responsibility to his loyal fan following, Dickerson understands the importance of real connectivity, spending as much time as he can on the road in front of the people who made him the #1 country pre-order for weeks (2017 saw tour billings that included Thomas Rhett’s “Home Team” Tour and Florida Georgia Line’s “Smooth” tour, and finished with his first headlining tour). His EP premiered at No. 1 on Billboard’s Heat Seeker Chart and No. 2 on iTunes Country chart, with “Yours” clocking over 100 million streams to date. The singer and songwriter is the launch artist on Triple Tigers Records, a joint venture with Sony Music. Dickerson’s “Blue Tacoma” was also recently featured in the tenth installment of the “X-Men” film franchise, “Logan." @russelled |

KENNY CHESNEY SIGNS WITH WARNER MUSIC NASHVILLE

Blue Chair Records/Warner Bros. Records is Superstar’s New Label Home
L to R: President of  Morris Higham Management, Clint Higham; Chairman and President Warner Music Nashville, John Esposito; Kenny Chesney; and Greenberg Traurig, LLP's Jess Rose
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Warner Music Group and Warner Music Nashville are honored to welcome eight-time ACM winner and CMA Entertainer of the Year Kenny Chesney to the Warner Music family. As part of WMN, the songwriter/superstar’s music will be released on the Blue Chair Records/Warner Bros. Records label.

Since leaving East Tennessee with a handful of songs and a dream bigger than he understood, Kenny Chesney has developed into the man The Wall Street Journal deemed “The King of the Road” and the Los Angeles Times proclaimed “The People’s Superstar.” With over 30 million albums sold, 30 No. 1s, and countless sold-out stadium tours that sell in excess of a million tickets every time he takes to the road, the 2018 Country Album of the Year GRAMMY nominee is on the verge of yet another creative renaissance.

“It is a big deal to change labels,” said Chesney. “But when you hear Max, Espo, and Cris Lacy talk about music, about what it means and does, when you hear that passion, you can’t help but get fired up. To me, music is only complete when it gets to the fans and becomes part of their lives. The people at Warner understand my commitment to that idea, and they’re just as committed to those ideals as I am.”

“Kenny Chesney embodies the relentless pursuit of artistic freedom and expression,” said WMN Chairman & CEO John Esposito. “An unapologetic free spirit, he has built a career on perseverance, drive, innovation, and most especially, great songs. Everything he does is inspired. It is with deep respect and honor that we welcome Kenny to Warner Music Nashville. We couldn’t be more excited to work with him and his team.”

“Kenny’s not only a country music icon, but an American superstar, who’s still hungry to write, record, and perform amazing music that moves millions of people,” said Warner Music Group CEO, Recorded Music Max Lousada. “The fact that he has chosen Warner Music as his new label home is a huge testament to the culture created by Espo and his team, who have made our Nashville operation a magnet for both emerging talent and established artists. I join Espo in welcoming Kenny into the Warner family, and we’re all looking forward to amplifying his success and taking his music to fans across the globe.”

About Kenny Chesney:
Kenny Chesney is an American musical force. With 30 No. 1 hits, including “American Kids,” “When The Sun Goes Down,” “I Go Back,” “Noise,” and “Pirate Flag,” over 30 million albums and 38 million tracks sold, he has created the soundtrack for coming of age in the heartland in the 21st century. His commitment to his fans – known as the No Shoes Nation – has seen Chesney succeed as the only Country artist on Billboard’s Top 10 Touring Acts for the past 25 Years, as well as consistently playing NFL stadiums across the U.S. That commitment to giving his fans songs that hold their lives, and concerts where he consistently breaks records, reflects the passion that fuels the songwriter/superstar.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
JANUARY 12, 2018

UK’s FEED THE RHINO proudly present the brand new single, "Losing Ground", from the forthcoming studio album, “The Silence”, which will be released via CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS on February 16, 2018.

The band commented on the single stating, "As a band, we've been developing the lighter side of our sound since our first album back in 2010, and have always wanted to be able to showcase a different side to the heavy, raucous music we are known for. ‘Losing Ground’ came from an idea that James had been jamming on an acoustic guitar, and when we heard Lee start singing on it, we knew we had something a bit different and that was so exciting to write and play. It also gave us some new avenues to go down with the production, so we had a lot of fun with that in the studio. The song means a lot to us and hopefully shows how much we have grown as a band! The song has so many possibilities in the way we play it too, so we are looking forward to getting to explore that a bit more.
