CONFIRMS NEW HEADLINING TOUR DATES;
“FROM DEATH TO DESTINY” TOUR
WITH ASKING ALEXANDRIA AND ALL THAT REMAINS
SET TO KICK OFF OCTOBER 26
September 19, 2013 -- SEVENDUST’s touring schedule isn’t close to ending anytime soon. In addition to their own slew of headlining dates, the Atlanta band has announced that they’ll be a part of the "From Death To Destiny Tour" along with Asking Alexandria, All That Remains, Emmure and For Today, which kicks off October 26 in Lubbock, TX at the Lonestar Amphitheatre (as part of “FMX Freak Fest”). The band--Lajon Witherspoon (vocals), Morgan Rose (drums/vocals), Clint Lowery (guitar/vocals), John Connolly (guitar/vocals) and Vince Hornsby (bass/vocals)—is criss-crossing the U.S. in support of their critically acclaimed BLACK OUT THE SUN album, which was released March 26 on the band’s own 7Bros. Records in conjunction with ADA Label Services. It debuted at #1 on Billboard’s “Top Hard Music Albums” chart, as well as #18 on the “Top 200 Albums” chart, #4 on the “Record Label Independent Current Albums” chart, #5 on the “Top Current Rock Albums” chart, #14 on the “Overall Digital Albums” chart and #17 on the “Top Internet Albums” chart.
“Picture Perfect” is the latest single from BLACK OUT THE SUN, which has quickly jumped into the Top 30 on Mediabase’s “Active Rock” chart.
Early next year, SEVENDUST will be aboard the ShipRocked 2014 cruise, along with Five Finger Death Punch, In This Moment, Lacuna Coil, Love & Death (featuring Brian “Head” Welch), Art of Dying, Butcher Babies, and many others. The ultimate rock music cruise vacation onboard the Norwegian Pearl will depart from the Port Of Miami and will visit Great Stirrup Cay--a private island in the Bahamas--during the January 26-30 excursion.
