Adult Ticket Prices Start at $34.50; $24.50 for Children

St. Louis - March 30, 2012 - Due to strong demand for tickets to Cavalia: A Magical Encounter Between Human and Horse, organizers are announcing an additional week of performances in St. Louis. Cavalia, which premiered on March 21 under the White Big Top at 7th & Cerre streets next to Busch Stadium, will now extend its run to April 16, 2012.

"The reception we've received in St. Louis has been overwhelmingly enthusiastic," said Normand Latourelle, Cavalia's founder and artistic director. He added: "Not only has the show been embraced by horse lovers, but also by those who enjoy innovative arts, and we see a lot of families - children, parents and grandparents, coming out to enjoy this unique and rare experience and to create memories that will last a lifetime."

Normand Latourelle is the visionary and creator behind Cavalia. Since co-founding Cirque du Soleil, he has become renowned for his large-scale innovative productions that take spectators to new realms. Cavalia is a tribute to horses and a celebration of the relationship that humans and horses share.

Latourelle's Cavalia is a lavish orchestration of multimedia, equestrian and performing arts. Charged with poetry and pure emotion in a dream-like virtual setting, the show combines acrobatics, dance, aerial artistry and live music with the stunning addition of magnificent horses.

Pricing is available from $24.50 for children (2-12) and $29.50 for juniors (13-17) and seniors (65+).
