Toby Keith commands Verizon Wireless Amphitheater

By Scott Kiefer
Country music superstar Toby Keith brought his "Locked and Loaded" tour to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater St. Louis last night where he left the audience wanting more, as he usually does.
His set, filled with hit after hit, also included a surprise version of LaBelle's "Lady Marmalade," which showcased his band, Easy Money. Always known for garnering one of the best touring bands on the road today, the ensemble last night seemed even better, if that could be.
The highlight of Keith's show is always "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue," and " American Soldier," and this show was no different. However, the entire set was filled with favorites, like "How Do You Like Me Now," and "Who's Your Daddy."
Keith's set included pyro, video and all the special effects his tours have been famous for in the past years, to the delight of his audience, from beginning to end.
Fast-rising star Eric Church made his second appearance at VWA this year, opening for Keith. Earlier, in the spring, Church opened for Jason Aldean, garnering many fans who were happy to see him return now.
Church proved that he can command an audience and get them riled up for the headliner, which no doubt, he is destined to do in a short time to come.
Crowd favorites from Church included his recent hit "Home Boy," and "Smoke A Little Smoke."
HERE ARE SOME PICS FROM THE SHOW:
